Tech News Google Pixel to offer 'magical features': Reports

oogle's Pixel series of smartphones are said to be unveiled at an event in San Francisco tonight. However, Verizon accidentally posted some early images of the phone and revealed an interesting feature it will come with something called 'Google Magic'.

An anonymous tipster linked a Gizmodo post to the smartphone section of Verizon's website, (one that displays mobile plans only for businesses and not consumers) claiming that Pixel and Pixel XL are listed for sale.

However, what remains a mystery is 'Google Magic'. Would it be some kind of software? As per the post, it could be a gesture feature or something 'magical' aimed at improving the user experience.

A couple of days back, popular online retailer Carphonewarehouse went ahead and listed Pixel XL with official images and specifications on its website.
As per the listing, Google Pixel XL will feature the same design as seen in multiple leaks earlier. There won't be any OEM branding on the device except for a 'G' suggesting the handset has been completely made under Google's watch. The two smartphones (Pixel and Pixel XL) are seen in Silver and Black colour variants.

Google Pixel and Pixel XL will sport the company's own 'Google Assistant' which is already present in the Allo messaging app. They will also include Google Duo video messaging app. The company says that the two handsets will also have their own set of Live Cases.
